Blog Number Twenty-Five: The Closing Stretch

Writer's picture: Kevin BhalodiaKevin Bhalodia

I am approaching the time where all of the action occurs. Not only am I very close to conducting the planning that I have been doing for such a long period of time, but I am also getting close to beginning the efforts to put my final speech together. I have obtained the room that I am going to present in on the final presentation night, and I have began to put together my guest list for those that I am going to invite to potentially join me that night. In addition, I believe that I have attained all of the materials and the location for my experiment, witch is going to likely focus on the biomechanics of the arm, from the wrist to the rotator cuff, and will address topics such as proper warm-up, resistance training with weights in the gym (I have access to a personal one that I can utilize at any time), and an area of turf that I can access within walking distance from my house, simulating flat grounds. In addition, I have a solid amount of confidence as I am getting this close to finishing the entire journey that I began all the way back in August. On the topic of time, this has been one of the most strenuous years due to the amount of work that I have had, making weeks feel slower than they have ever before. But, at the same time, months have gone by very quickly. Ultimately, this ISM journey has been a rollercoaster, and I am ready to close it out.
